STAFFING® AWARD FOR “SUPERIOR” CLIENT SATISFACTION

Clients of winning agencies are more likely to be completely satisfied.

Birmingham-based Automation Personnel Services has received the 2016 Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction award from Inavero, sponsored by CareerBuilder.com, a global client and talent satisfaction survey company. Of nearly 17,000 staffing companies that compete for this award, fewer than 2 percent achieve it, according to Inavero.

The announcement comes just three months after Automation Personnel Services President and CEO Stephen Nordness was named 2015 CEO of the Year by the Birmingham Business JournalMr. Nordness was named top CEO in the Midsize Business category.

***Walk the Line***

Automation Personnel Services hosted its 26th Annual Sales Meeting at the Omni Hotel in Nashville, TN. The meeting consisted of 2 days Sales Training, capped with a stunning National Sales Awards Presentation. There were 80 Regional Managers, Account Representatives, Branch Managers, as well as all of the members of the Executive Team. The theme for the event was Walk the Line!

Thursday, there were speakers, such as Paul Wendell, our Zurich Safety and Risk Consultant, who spoke on client hazard assessments/work site evaluations and Matt Dodaro, of CareerBuilder.com, who spoke
about our recent implementation of the Talent Network platform. Matt emphasized the importance of this new platform and how much it will ease the task of searching through applicants to fill job orders.

Friday morning began with an exciting announcement from Automation CEO Stephen Nordness – Automation Personnel Services, Inc. has been awarded the prestigious Best of Staffing – Client Satisfaction Award 2016  from Inavero, sponsored by CareerBuilder. best-of-staffing-2016-client

 

 

The entire Automation sales team were greeted with music, large banners and a pep rally style celebration. Friday the staff received training from, peers in various divisions within Automation, as well as participated in a number of team building games such as Fill the Boot.

Central Regional Manager, Cindy Agan and her team put on a great Walk the Line themed performance to finish off the day’s training.

 

Formal Family Photo 2016 Friday Night’s National Sales Award Presentation began with the traditional Automation Family photo. Fine dining was highlighted by a Johnny Cash impersonator as entertainment, who then walked around for photo ops. The night was filled with Celebration as each branch was recognized for Excellence in Performance, Reaching sales goals, and overall Celebrating this very successful year of accomplishments.

At Automation, we Walk the Line and exceed expectations of the industry standard to work with our clients and employees. We are Excited and Anticipating a solid 2016!

A great big Thank You go out to Cindy Cannella and Leigh Smith for working tirelessly the last several months, after work and weekends, adding the special touches that made the 26th Annual Sales Meeting a memorable event.
