As 2015 draws to a close, we take a look back at the impact the mandates imposed by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) can have on your business.  The ACA requires that all companies that have more than 50 full time equivalent employees, offer healthcare coverage that meet the requirements established by the Act.  In order to avoid all penalties, eligible employees must be offered coverage that is both affordable and compliant with the ACA.  Companies that fail to comply could be subject to large penalties.
