Letter from the President
I don’t think I have ever been as proud of the employees of this company as I am now! We are coming off of a year where we have had record revenue and record profits. BUT THAT IS NOT WHY I AM SO PROUD. I am proud of the people in this company because they have continued to stand by our company values; working hard, being honest and being fair. It is through these values that we have been awarded the “Best of Staffing, Client Satisfaction” award for the last four years! This award is coveted by all in our industry and won by only 2 percent. It truly makes me proud to be a part of this organization. In 2019, we were also honored to receive the “Best of Staffing, Talent Satisfaction” award, which came as a result of surveying our employees. The majority of associates who were surveyed responded that they would recommend Automation Personnel Services to friends and family. It gives me great pride to know that our employees also feel that we are meeting their needs.
In 2019, we received the Safety Standard of Excellence awarded by the American Staffing Association. This award recognizes our commitment to our employees to provide a safe work environment. Our organization is committed to partnering with clients who share a similar passion for safety.
We have a lot of big plans in the coming year. We will take the profits we have made and invest in expanding to new cities. That is one of the things that make us unique in the staffing industry. We are fiscally responsible with no long-term debt, which gives us the opportunity to continue to invest in our growth. We are also fortunate to have a tenured internal workforce because we treat all our employees with respect.
